The Founder
Venessa Mogatusi
Venessa Mogatusi is an experienced consultant with a proven track record of working with clients across various industries, including automotive, construction, and information technology. She earned a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand before completing the Management Advancement Programme (MAP) at Wits Business School. She later obtained a Master’s in Management, specialising in Business and Executive Coaching, also from Wits Business School.
Much of Venessa’s expertise lies in leadership development. She has contributed to numerous development programmes for senior managers and executives in both the public and private sectors in South Africa. She currently runs her own HR consulting business, Re Batho Human Capital Solutions.
In the field of change management, Venessa has played a key role in helping clients achieve their transformation goals. As a certified Prosci change management practitioner, she combines her formal training with a deep understanding of her clients' environments to deliver tailored and effective change solutions.
As an executive and business coach, Venessa employs a range of methodologies and tools to meet her clients' unique needs. She advocates for an integrated approach rather than relying on a single method. She also incorporates psychometric assessments where appropriate, enabling clients to gain deeper self-awareness and maximise the benefits of the coaching process.
Beyond her consulting work, Venessa is a dedicated social entrepreneur. She is the founder of Proclaiming Affirming Dignity (PAD), an organisation that distributes reusable sanitary towels to women who cannot afford menstrual supplies. Passionate about community development, she actively seeks opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
